Family Constellations was originally developed to be used in group settings. When experienced in the context of a Group Workshop, Constellations work has the power to bring insight even to those who do not necessarily want to work on their own particular request.

There is minimal sharing and minimal discussion, making this style of work quite powerful as it is the “story” we tell ourselves many times what keeps us stuck.

This tool does not require work with the client’s actual family, but instead other participants will stand as representatives in the case of group constellations. With the help of the representatives, the facilitator will guide the client towards a “solution” to the problem they bring forth.
